Try washing it in the washing machine with two bath towels in the soft setting. Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the detergent during the wash cycle and 1/2 cup of vinegar during the rinse cycle. Let it drip, do not put it in the dryer. Instead let it air dry.

2. Bleach

Wash them, along with a couple of bath towels to prevent the plastic curtains from wrinkling, in hot water with 1/2 cup of bleach and 1/4 cup of laundry detergent. During house cleaning, let the washing machine run for a couple of minutes before loading it. Place the shower curtain and towels in the dryer on the lowest setting for 10 minutes, then hang them for drying.
